English to Chinese INDESIGN FILE Translation

We are seeking a skilled translator to convert a 40-page document from English to Chinese. The document is formatted in an 8.5" x 11" layout and requires an accurate, professional translation while preserving the original design and formatting. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience translating documents from English to Chinese Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign Experience editing text boxes, paragraph styles, and layouts directly within InDesign files Excellent attention to detail and accuracy This project requires the translation to be completed directly in the provided InDesign files. Maintaining the integrity of the original layout is essential, while adjusting typography and spacing as needed to accommodate Chinese text expansion or contraction. We understand that font sizes and text flow may need to be modified to preserve the overall design. We will provide: The InDesign files Required fonts Requirements: Translation must be completed within Adobe InDesign Final files should maintain the original formatting and layout as closely as possible Ability to manage multilingual typography and layout adjustments efficiently Please include examples of similar translation and InDesign localization projects you have completed.
