English Customer Support VA

About CrazyLive CrazyLive is a financial-education and live-streaming company founded in 2025, with a large Chinese-language community in North America. We're now launching our English product, Crazysignal: a $29/month subscription delivered through Whop, with on-chain membership rewards (CL tokens) and a private Discord community. This is a ground-floor support role for our English members. What you'll do Handle support tickets and DMs across four areas: billing (Whop subscriptions, refunds), wallet (Phantom setup), token airdrops (welcome bonus), and redemptions (free-month loyalty mechanic). Maintain a 24-hour response SLA. Build and improve canned responses / macros. Follow strict anti-phishing discipline — never ask members for seed phrases or private keys. Escalate edge cases clearly. You should have Customer support experience (ideally for a subscription, SaaS, or crypto product). Excellent written English. Reliability and attention to detail. Willingness to learn crypto-wallet basics quickly. Nice to have Crypto / Web3 support experience. Experience with Whop, Discord, Intercom, or Zendesk. Screening questions (Upwork) Describe your support experience and the tools you've used. A member can't find their airdropped tokens in their Phantom wallet. Walk me through how you'd help. How do you maintain a 24-hour SLA across time zones? Engagement 20–40 hrs/week, long-term. $10–$25/hr. We'll combine schedules to keep 24-hour coverage.
