The Role This role sits at the intersection of dialogue adaptation, dialogue editing, and performance direction. We are building a pool of American English AI Dubbing Editors for an ongoing remote engagement with immediate availability. You bring a professional ear to every line: what serves the scene, what the rhythm of the language requires, what a native speaker would actually say in this moment. This is judgment-based work, not volume work. You will work on premium productions that require sustained character depth, tonal range, and performance precision across episodes. The structured feedback you provide on recurring patterns also informs how the platform develops over time. Your editorial judgment will span meaning, naturalness, timing, and register. This role is editorial, not performative. No voice recording is required. Responsibilities -Review AI-generated dialogue and apply editorial judgment across meaning, naturalness, timing, and register -Adapt dialogue to fit dubbing constraints: pacing, timing, emotional delivery, intonation, and spoken rhythm -Match the tone, expression, and performance intent of the original content -Ensure the final output sounds natural, fluent, and culturally appropriate for an American audience -Maintain consistency of character voice and quality across episodes and projects -Apply revisions based on internal QA and review comments -Provide structured feedback on recurring patterns in AI output to inform platform improvement Qualifications -3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Dubbing direction, ADR supervision, or voice performance review - Audiovisual localization, subtitle editing, or dialogue adaptation -Machine translation post-editing with spoken-language or media content -Experience working with AI-assisted localization or dubbing platforms will be prioritized -Background in voice production, audio engineering, or video editing -Native-level proficiency in American English A sharp ear for spoken performance and familiarity with lip-sync adaptation are what these backgrounds have in common. The ideal candidate has experience working with dubbed content for streaming, film, TV, or digital media and is comfortable working with fast-paced production timelines while maintaining high editorial standards. Immediate availability for 20 to 30 hours per week on an ongoing basis.
