We are looking for an experienced English Language Teaching (ELT) assessment specialist, curriculum developer, or test item writer to design a high-quality English Listening Mock Exam paper. The target audience is Secondary 3 (S3 / Grade 9) students in a Band 1 EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) secondary school in Hong Kong. The overall proficiency level is aligned with CEFR B1 to B2, serving as a bridging assessment for the Hong Kong DSE (Diploma of Secondary Education) exam. The final deliverable of the whole project will include a full Question & Answer Book (Tasks 1-3), a full audio script, and a professional audio recording (MP3). However, this job post is STRICTLY for MILESTONE 1 (Phase 1: Blueprint & Framework Design). We manage our projects through a lean, step-by-step approach.
