About us We're Abbi&Me, a global, London-based creative event management agency. We design and deliver high-end events for leading corporate brands and private clients. We're producing the narration for our showreel and need a voice that matches our brand: warm, confident and calm, with genuine personality. Polished, never corporate or salesy. The project Full voiceover for our showreel film: approximately 1,330 words (around 9 to 11 minutes of finished audio). It opens with a short brand intro, tells our agency story, then narrates a series of client case studies (LADbible, Daily Mail, Mail Metro Media and others). Important: this is modular, not one long read. The script is made up of standalone sections (a short intro, the agency story, then a separate segment per case study). Each part can be recorded and supplied as its own piece, so there's no need for one continuous take. This also lets us update or swap individual case studies later without re-recording the whole film. The voice we're after Female voice only. Warm, authoritative and inspiring. A trusted creative partner, not a hard-sell announcer. Calm and assured, with natural energy and lift in the right moments. Comfortable with our rhythm of short, punchy lines (e.g. "They should move people. Shape perception. Build brands."). [British accent preferred (RP or softly regional).] Good to know The script includes brand names, celebrity names, and international place names (Cannes, Marrakech, Agafay) plus some figures. You should be confident with proper nouns. Deliverables Clean, broadcast-quality audio (dry, unprocessed), recorded in a treated space with no background noise or echo. Supplied as separate, clearly labelled files, one per section / case study (plus a single full-length file if convenient). WAV and MP3. Up to [2] rounds of minor revisions / pickups included.
