English Fluent Appointment Setter for Inbound Leads

We are hiring experienced appointment setters to handle inbound leads for our med spa and aesthetic clinic clients. You'll call, text, and follow up with leads, then lock in appointments by collecting deposits or a card on file. Schedule: 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, working in the client's US or Canadian time zone. Example: 9 am to 5 pm EST Start date: Immediately Required: Native or fluent English, spoken and written, with no accent Proven appointment setting experience in B2C Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel for calling and follow-up Ability to work full US or Canadian business hours Preferred: Experience in the med spa, aesthetic, or beauty industry Prior work with marketing agencies What you'll do day to day: Call every new lead within 60 seconds of it coming in (notifications by email and SMS) Work the script to book the appointment on the first call Book appointments in GoHighLevel or the client's booking platform Collect deposits through Stripe or GoHighLevel Follow up with every lead by SMS daily until they book or opt out Keep the calling sheet updated with the status of every single lead, no exceptions Join weekly team calls to report on pipeline health and lead quality Own the pipeline end to end You're not a fit if: English is not fluent or you have a noticeable accent You can't call leads the moment they come in You drop follow-ups or let leads go cold You take on more accounts than you can actually work You miss team calls You don't treat the pipeline like it's yours To apply: Send a quick Loom introducing yourself and answering these questions: What's your appointment setting experience?
