English Language Proficiency Assessor (US Native Fluency)

Are you a native English speaker from the United States with exceptional communication skills and a strong understanding of spoken language? We are seeking articulate and professional individuals with native-level US English fluency to participate in simulated call sessions focused on enhancing spoken English for professional and business communication. What You'll Do Participate in live or recorded simulated conversations as a native US English speaker. Evaluate participants' spoken English, including fluency, pronunciation, clarity, vocabulary, and overall communication effectiveness. Provide structured, objective, and actionable feedback to support language development. Help learners improve confidence and achieve greater proficiency in workplace and everyday English communication. Serve as a language benchmark for natural and authentic US English interactions. Who We're Looking For Native US English speaker with clear and natural communication skills. Excellent listening and comprehension abilities with strong attention to linguistic detail. Ability to assess spoken language objectively and provide constructive feedback. Professional, supportive, and encouraging communication style. Previous experience in language assessment, coaching, training, customer-facing roles, or communication-related fields is an advantage but not required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in English language training, coaching, tutoring, or evaluation. Familiarity with accent, pronunciation, and communication assessments. Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in helping others improve their language abilities. Keen attention to detail and appreciation for language nuances.
