Do you have excellent English fluency, a keen ear for language, and a passion for helping others grow? We are looking for confident English speakers with strong communication and analytical skills to participate in simulated call sessions aimed at improving spoken English in professional environments. What You’ll Do • Take part in live or recorded simulated calls as a fluent English speaker. • Assess participants’ spoken English for fluency, clarity, pronunciation, and overall communication effectiveness. • Deliver clear, structured, and constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. • Help learners build confidence and competence in workplace and everyday conversational English. Who We’re Looking For • Near-native or highly fluent English proficiency (US Accent). • Strong listening skills with the ability to analyze spoken communication. • A supportive, clear, and encouraging communication style. • Prior experience in language coaching, training, or evaluation is beneficial but not mandatory. Nice to Have • Background in communication coaching, language training, or assessment. • Genuine interest in language learning and personal development. • Strong attention to detail and sensitivity to linguistic nuances.
