We're looking for a skilled translator to localize CRM communications (emails, SMS, in-app messages, notifications) from English into Mexican Spanish. This is an ongoing, fast-paced role — you'll need to turn around accurate, natural-sounding translations quickly and reliably. Responsibilities: Translate CRM content (emails, push notifications, SMS, chat scripts) from English into Mexican Spanish Adapt tone, idioms, and phrasing to sound native to Mexico — no generic "neutral Spanish" Post-edit AI/machine-translated drafts to ensure natural, native-sounding results (MTPE experience welcome) Maintain consistency with brand voice and glossary/style guide Meet quick turnaround times, often same-day Requirements: Native or near-native fluency in Mexican Spanish Strong English comprehension Experience with CRM, marketing, or customer communication translation Comfortable post-editing AI-generated translations Fast turnaround, reliable communication, and attention to deadlines Prior localization/translation experience preferred Nice to have: Familiarity with tone-of-voice/brand style guides To Apply: Please include: A short sample translation (we'll provide a snippet) Your typical turnaround time for a batch of 10-15 short messages Confirmation that you're a native Mexican Spanish speaker
