Make 100+ outbound calls per day to new leads, follow-up prospects, past clients, and referral partners. Respond to inbound calls, text messages, emails, and CRM inquiries promptly. Contact new internet leads within minutes of receiving them. Build rapport, uncover the client's goals, and pre-qualify buyers and homeowners. Schedule appointments and perform warm transfers to the loan officer. Complete mortgage loan applications over the phone. Follow up consistently until every lead reaches a final outcome. Keep detailed notes and update the CRM after every interaction. Request and track required loan documentation.
