Part-Time Cold Caller for Dallas Apartment Outreach (1–5 hrs/week)

We are a Dallas-based move-in concierge company serving luxury apartment communities in Uptown Dallas, Highland Park, University Park, and surrounding areas. We are seeking a professional English-speaking caller to contact apartment communities and introduce our move-in concierge services. This role involves outreach, follow-up, and basic lead tracking. This is a small pilot position to start, approximately 1–5 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional work if performance is strong. Responsibilities: • Call apartment communities during Dallas business hours (CST) • Introduce our services using a provided script • Identify decision makers such as property managers and leasing managers • Log call notes and outcomes in a spreadsheet or CRM • Send follow-up emails when needed Requirements: • Strong spoken English and professional phone presence • Comfortable making cold calls • Reliable communication and responsiveness • Ability to work during CST business hours • Experience with CRM systems or spreadsheets is preferred • Real estate, multifamily, hospitality, or appointment-setting experience is a plus IMPORTANT: To be considered, please include the following in your proposal: 1.
