OVERVIEW I'm hiring a confident, English-speaking sales rep to make outbound calls to phone stores and sign them up for Dealer Metrics, a simple SaaS tool built specifically for phone-store dealers. The product replaces the messy spreadsheets and notebooks most of these stores still rely on, and it starts at just $50/month, so it's an easy sell to the right owner. You'll get a CSV list of phone store locations with contact details. Your job is to work the list, pitch the product, and close signups. WHAT YOU'LL BE SELLING Dealer Metrics (https://www.dealer-metrics.com/) is a clean dashboard that lets phone-store dealers track sales, expenses, payroll, and real profit across every location. Strong selling points to lead with: - See real profit per store at a glance, no spreadsheets - Log a full day of sales (phones, lines, cases, card, cash, QPay) in about 2 minutes - Automatic weekly payroll and commission math - Unlimited employees included, no per-seat fees - $50/month base, just $5 per extra store - No contract, free trial, cancel anytime PAY STRUCTURE This contract has a guaranteed base plus uncapped per-signup pay: - $100 base for working through your first batch of leads - $25 for every store that signs up through your call, with no cap So your earnings climb with every close. For example, 10 signups earns you $350 total, 20 earns $600, and 30 earns $850. There's no limit, and the more you produce, the more leads I'll keep sending you. A signup counts once the store completes the trial signup or makes their first payment, so we both have a clear, fair way to track it.
