English-Speaking Virtual Assistant (Creator Outreach) – TikTok & Instagram – 100% Remote We are Deals Vision, an affiliate marketing agency working with more than 150 content creators across TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat in the UK market. We are looking for a native English-speaking Virtual Assistant to help us recruit and onboard new content creators. No prior affiliate marketing experience is required. We provide complete training, ready-to-use scripts, and all the tools you need to succeed from day one. WHAT YOU WILL DO Send 200+ direct messages per day to creators on TikTok and Instagram. Follow up with interested creators and answer their questions. Conduct short video calls to present our partnership. Help onboard new creators and guide them through their first promotional posts. Complete a daily performance report. IDEAL CANDIDATE Native English speaker with a clean, neutral accent (our #1 non-negotiable). Comfortable using TikTok and Instagram. Available Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM (UK time). Able to work 8 hours per day. Professional, organized, and confident communicating with people. Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely. COMPENSATION Fixed monthly salary (up to $20/hour, depending on experience and overall fit).
