IB English Tutor

Hello, We are looking for an experienced English IB tutor. Key Responsibilities: We need someone who understands the IB approach specifically, not just general English teaching. You will be responsible for helping with English literature/writing, as well as: Teaching IB essay structure and expectations. Helping the student correctly interpret IB-style questions. Developing analytical writing and argumentation skills. Refining academic tone/register (the student sometimes misses the expected tone in written responses). Assisting with study planning and helping him become a more independent learner. Requirements: Native /Fluent English Speaker Extensive IB Experience: You must be highly familiar with the IB curriculum and its specific expectations. Methodological Approach: Ability to provide clear structure for a student with a fragmented educational background. SAT Prep: The ability to eventually support SAT preparation is highly desired and will be taken into account during the selection process. The student is based in Italy and you will be required to meet them twice or thrice a week on evenings Italian time Thank you
