English and Dutch Language Proficiency Assessor (Belgium & Netherlands Based)

Do you have excellent English and Dutch fluency, a sharp ear for language, and a passion for helping others improve their communication skills? We are seeking confident bilingual speakers with strong communication and analytical abilities to participate in simulated call sessions focused on enhancing professional spoken language skills. Key Responsibilities Participate in live or recorded simulated calls as a fluent English and Dutch speaker. Evaluate participants’ spoken language proficiency, including fluency, clarity, pronunciation, and overall communication effectiveness. Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to support continuous improvement. Help learners develop confidence and competence in both workplace and everyday conversational settings. Candidate Profile Near-native or highly fluent proficiency in English and Dutch (Belgium/Netherlands variants preferred). Strong listening and analytical skills with the ability to assess spoken communication effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills with a supportive, clear, and constructive communication style. Prior experience in language coaching, training, or assessment is advantageous but not required. Preferred Qualifications Background in communication coaching, language training, or proficiency assessment. Genuine interest in language development and personal growth.
