English speaker/Junior Developer

Job Description: We are looking for an AI Trainer to support the evaluation and improvement of AI models used for software development tasks. In this role, you will review AI-generated responses, test coding outputs, compare model performance, and provide clear feedback based on accuracy, reasoning, communication quality, and practical usefulness. The ideal candidate should be based in Western Europe or North America and have strong English communication skills, at least C1 level. You do not need to be a senior software engineer, but you should understand software development concepts, basic programming logic, debugging, code quality, and common development workflows. Requirements: Based in Western Europe or North America. Strong English writing and speaking ability, C1 level or higher. Basic to intermediate knowledge of software development theory. Understanding of programming concepts such as APIs, databases, frontend, backend, debugging, and software architecture. Ability to read and understand code, even if not at a senior engineer level. Careful attention to detail. Ability to explain technical feedback clearly and objectively. Reliable, consistent, and able to follow detailed instructions. Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, or similar technologies. Experience with AI tools, coding assistants, or software testing. Previous experience in technical writing, QA, code review, or software training.
