Enterprise GIS / ArcFM XI Consultant – RFP RFP/Proposal Preparation Specialist (Electric Utility)

Job Description: We are a premier global technology integrator preparing a comprehensive response to a large-scale municipal electric utility RFP in the US. We are looking for an expert-level Enterprise GIS Consultant or Solution Architect with deep, hands-on experience in the Esri Utility Network and Schneider Electric ArcFM XI ecosystem to act as our technical advisor during the pre-bid and proposal phase. Scope of Work: • RFP Document Analysis: Review the utility’s requirements and identify critical technical dependencies, gaps, and hidden risks. • Pre-Bid Question Formulation: Help our team draft sharp, strategic technical questions for the client's upcoming clarification deadline. • Win Strategy & Technical Scoping: Guide our proposal team on structural solutioning, focusing on "configuration over customization" best practices for Utility Network migrations. • Proposal Review: Review our final technical approach draft to ensure industry-standard accuracy and alignment with Esri and Schneider Electric frameworks. Required Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant on Electric Utility GIS modernization projects. • Subject matter expertise in Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Utility Network, and branch versioning. • Strong technical familiarity with Schneider Electric ArcFM Editor XI and ArcFM Designer XI. • Prior experience helping technology vendors structure winning responses for public sector/municipal RFPs is highly preferred.
