Enterprise Integration Architect

# Upwork Job Posting: Enterprise Integration Mentor I am looking for an experienced Enterprise Integration Architect or Senior Integration Consultant to provide one-on-one mentoring. This is NOT a project and I am NOT looking for someone to build an integration for me. I am looking for a mentor who can teach me the fundamentals of enterprise integration, starting from the basics and progressing to modern integration architectures. ## What I Want to Learn * Integration fundamentals * Why integrations exist and common business use cases * Traditional integration approaches (point-to-point, ETL, ESB, message queues) * APIs, REST, SOAP, webhooks, and event-driven architectures * Data mapping, transformations, validation, and orchestration * Integration patterns and best practices * Cloud-native integrations, containers, and microservices * Security, scalability, monitoring, and error handling * Modern enterprise integration platforms and how they compare * Real-world architecture decisions and trade-offs I am NOT interested in learning a specific tool (such as MuleSoft, Boomi, etc at this stage. My goal is to build a strong conceptual and architectural understanding that applies across technologies. ## Ideal Candidate * 10+ years of enterprise integration experience. * Strong architectural background across multiple integration platforms. * Experience designing large-scale enterprise integrations. * Excellent communication and teaching skills. * Able to explain complex concepts in a simple, structured way. * Comfortable creating a learning roadmap and recommending practical exercises. ## Engagement * Remote, one-on-one sessions (ZOOM) * Flexible schedule. * Approximately 1 to 2 hours per session. * Long-term engagement depending on progress. * **Please include your hourly rate, relevant integration experience, and a brief outline of how you would structure the learning journey from beginner to advanced.**
