Enterprise Microsoft Word & PowerPoint Template Architect

We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint template architect to review, refine and complete our enterprise template system on a tight deadline. Our brand standards are complete, and our templates have already been designed in Adobe InDesign. Many have also been partially translated into Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. We need an expert to evaluate the existing templates, improve their structure, functionality and usability, and complete the remaining work. This is not a graphic design project. We are looking for someone with deep expertise in enterprise Microsoft Word and PowerPoint template architecture, document structure and usability. The engagement includes: -Review existing Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates and recommend improvements. -Translate approved Adobe InDesign designs into enterprise-ready Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates. -Refine and optimize existing templates for consistency, usability, scalability and long-term maintainability. -Build robust Microsoft Word templates using best practices for styles, numbering, section breaks, layouts, reusable components and document structure, including (but not limited to): --Full working knowledge of Microsoft Word Developer tools, Document Properties, Bookmarks and Cross-References. --Experience creating multiple Tables of Contents within a single document. --Ability to protect and lock portions of templates while preserving an intuitive editing experience for end users. -Develop PowerPoint slide masters, layouts, themes and reusable presentation assets that are easy for employees to use while maintaining brand consistency. -Collaborate with Marketing and IT to ensure templates can be easily deployed, supported and maintained across a Microsoft 365 enterprise environment.
