Aiura Tec is contracting a senior agency to execute the build of an enterprise-grade, multi-tenant SaaS platform for the construction procurement industry. The platform covers the full procurement lifecycle: BOQ upload, AI-assisted classification, vendor management, bidding, awards, contracts, cost control, and reporting. This is pure execution work. All specifications are complete and finalized: PRD, ERD (87 tables), API spec (~300 endpoints), UI/UX (51 screens), and system architecture. You build, test, and deploy. We will not pay for separate discovery, design, or architecture phases. QUICK SCOPE SIGNAL - 20 modules across 11 sprints - Stack (locked, non-negotiable): FastAPI (Python 3.12), React 18 + TypeScript, PostgreSQL 16 + pgvector, Celery 5, Docker Compose (15 services) - Multi-tenant with Row-Level Security on every tenant table - Quality bar: 80% test coverage, OWASP-tested, API P95 under 200ms - Engagement: Fixed-price, milestone-based, private GitHub repository, NDA required before any spec is shared FILTER CRITERIA (you must meet ALL) - Registered agency, 3+ years in business - Minimum 2 full-time developers available for project duration - In-house QA function (not outsourced, not the same engineer who built the feature) - Live URLs demonstrating FastAPI AND React in production - No subcontracting.
