Entry-Level VA ($3/hr) – AI Book Content Assistant Video Training + Prompts + Examples Provided Must Use ChatGPT for Work NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY (WILL TRAIN) IMPORTANT - MUST be Detail Oriented (meaning watch all training & following instructions in detail - If I have to keep training/fixing your errors over and over again, this is NOT the job for you. Looking for someone who can make my life EASIER & NOT Harder = get work done 100% correct/accurate - no errors over and over again. That is why I will be strict in the first phase to see if you can do it correctly or you do half-heartedly.) I’m looking for a LONG-TERM Virtual Assistant to help create nonfiction “how-to” books using AI tools, prompts, video training, and examples from my existing book brand. This is a PART-TIME role starting at $3/hour. If you are not comfortable with this rate, please do not apply. I prefer someone interested in LONG-TERM work and growing with the team over time. A paid ChatGPT membership is preferred, but not required if you are highly skilled using the free version of ChatGPT. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 1. BOOK DETAILS (Main Starting Task) Usually takes about 1 hour or less. Tasks may include: * Book titles & subtitles * Table of Contents (TOC) * Expanded TOC * Image descriptions/details * Book structure organization I will provide: * Video training * Prompts * Previous book examples * Formatting guidance 2. BOOK CONTENT (Additional Work) If you perform well, I may assign: * Introduction * Chapter 1 * Conclusion * Appendices Later, I may also train you for: * Different nonfiction book styles * AI publishing workflows * AI image generation (vector illustration style) WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR You must be: * VERY detail-oriented * Able to follow instructions exactly * Good at learning quickly * Careful with formatting, style, and word counts * Able to match examples closely without sounding robotic * Comfortable using ChatGPT for work * Interested in long-term work You MUST carefully pay attention to: * ALL video training * ALL prompts * ALL examples * ALL formatting instructions * ALL word count requirements The final work should closely match my examples and brand style. However, I do NOT want robotic copy-paste writing. You should follow the formula and structure while naturally adjusting wording based on the specific book topic. You should also have enough judgment and flexibility to make smart adjustments when needed while still following my system. If I constantly have to fix repeated mistakes or repeat instructions over and over again, this job will NOT be a good fit. I need someone who: * Learns from feedback * Improves quickly * Produces clean work with minimal corrections * Takes instructions seriously TRIAL PROCESS First Paid Test (1 Hour) You will work on: * Book Details * TOC creation * Expanded outlines If the work has too many errors or does not follow instructions closely, I may end the contract. If the work is good, I will assign another paid test hour. Second Paid Test (1 Hour) You may work on: * Intro * Chapter 1 * Conclusion * Appendices Strong performers may receive: * Ongoing book projects * Long-term work * Additional training * More responsibilities over time LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY I start with simpler books first. Once you consistently produce high-quality work, I can train you on: * Different nonfiction book styles * Advanced AI publishing workflows * AI-generated vector illustration images for books I’m looking for someone reliable, coachable, detail-oriented, and interested in growing with the team long term.
