Entry-Level Dashboard Assistant (Training Provided)

FirstKey Homes is seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Dashboard Assistant to join our remote team. This position is a great opportunity for individuals with limited professional experience who are eager to learn, develop new skills, and gain hands-on experience in administrative support and digital operations. Responsibilities include assisting with dashboard updates, organizing and maintaining records, entering customer and project information accurately, documenting payment details, and supporting basic customer service tasks using provided instructions and guidelines. No previous experience is required, as comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed in the role. We are looking for candidates who are dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable using computer systems, and able to work independently while maintaining accuracy in a remote environment. Depending on assigned responsibilities, candidates may be required to complete a temporary real estate management authorization process as part of onboarding, with guidance provided throughout the process and approved costs covered directly through the Upwork platform upon successful completion.
