Entry-Level Dashboard Assistant (Training Provided)

Invitation Homes Group is seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Dashboard Assistant to join our remote team. This position is ideal for individuals with limited professional experience who are eager to learn, develop new skills, and gain practical experience in administrative support and digital operations. Responsibilities include updating dashboards, organizing records, entering customer and project information, documenting payment details, and assisting with basic customer service tasks using provided instructions. No previous experience is required, as training and ongoing support will be provided. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented candidates who are comfortable using computer systems and can work independently while maintaining accuracy. Depending on assigned responsibilities, candidates may be required to complete a temporary real estate management authorization process as part of onboarding, with guidance provided throughout the process and any approved costs handled through the Upwork platform upon successful completion.
