Project Coordinator — Entry-Level | Los Angeles We are looking for a motivated, highly organized, and reliable individual** to join our team as a **Project Coordinator**. **No previous project coordination experience is required.** We are happy to train the right person. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, initiative, and a genuine interest in learning project coordination. This position is only open to candidates currently living in the Los Angeles area. Native-level English proficiency is required.** What You'll Do * Help organize and track projects from start to completion * Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and outstanding items * Coordinate with team members, vendors, and service providers * Schedule meetings and appointments * Maintain organized project documentation and records * Update project management systems and trackers * Take clear meeting notes and communicate follow-up items * Identify tasks that require attention and follow-through * Provide general project and administrative support Who We're Looking For Previous project management experience is **not required**. We care more about your potential, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
