Environmental Web app Development Finalization

I'm building a web app for heavy industry in the pacific northwest. I've made a good start using claude code, but it needs a professional to finalize. See PRD for additional details. "Enviroconnect" (placeholder name) is a curated B2B marketplace where Pacific Northwest industrial facility managers discover, vet, and engage pre-qualified environmental compliance vendors; without cold calls, Google searches, or sales pitches. It is the only platform that combines vendor discovery, environmental compliance specialization, trust-based vetting, and workflow tools (RFQs, messaging, scheduling, reviews, compliance docs, etc.) at a price point accessible to mid-market facilities.
