Erosion Control Plan Development

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop an erosion control plan for a residential construction project in the United States. The project involves creating a comprehensive plan to prevent soil erosion during construction, ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in environmental engineering and be able to provide detailed project plans. We are seeking a complete Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) Plan for two adjoining parcels located at: - 10 Savannah Street, Winder, Georgia — Parcel ID WN21 031 - 20 Savannah Street, Winder, Georgia — Parcel ID WN21 033 According to the City-accepted site plan: - 10 Savannah Street: 0.56 acres - 20 Savannah Street: 0.50 acres - Combined parcel area: 1.06 acres - Maximum land disturbance: 0.90 acres The controlling and foundational document for the ESC Plan will be the work-scope site plan previously accepted by the City. That site plan identifies the proposed work areas and existing tree groupings and should be used as the base for developing the erosion and sediment control plan.
