Esports Coach

We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic esports professional to supervise all aspects of our youth esports program, including player instruction, coaching, and team management. In this role, you will help players develop both technical gameplay skills and essential life skills—such as teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship—in a structured, supportive, and competitive environment. Key Responsibilities Coaching & Instruction: Teach fundamental and advanced gameplay strategies, tactics, and skill-building techniques to players. Team Management: Organize and run structured practices, schedule matches, and manage tournament logistics. Performance Review: Utilize match replays and video editing tools to conduct performance reviews with players and teams. Student Mentorship: Foster an inclusive, positive, and collaborative environment for middle and high school-aged players. Compliance: Ensure all team activities align with relevant youth esports rules and regulations. Qualifications Experience: Prior coaching, teaching, or high-level competitive gaming experience in relevant titles. Game Knowledge: Deep understanding of esports dynamics, competitive meta, team-building, and tactical execution. Video Analysis: Ability to record and edit gameplay footage for player review and tactical feedback. Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills, especially regarding event logistics and practice planning. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with and mentor youth players effectively.
