Estate Planning Attorney – Set Up Family Trusts for each of 3 executives & Transfer Company Stock

We are seeking a licensed U.S. attorney with strong experience in estate planning, family trusts, and corporate stock transfers to help us establish a revocable or irrevocable family trust and transfer ownership of our company stock into it. Scope of Work: Advise on the most suitable type of family trust (revocable living trust, irrevocable trust, etc.) based on our goals for asset protection, tax planning, and succession. Draft all necessary trust documents, including the trust agreement, and any supporting schedules. Handle the proper transfer of our privately held company stock into the trust, including preparing stock assignment documents, updating corporate records, obtaining any required board/shareholder approvals, and filing with the appropriate state agencies. Provide clear guidance on tax implications (gift tax, estate tax, basis step-up, etc.) and any ongoing compliance requirements. Answer our questions and walk us through the entire process step-by-step so we fully understand the setup and implications. Requirements: Active license to practice law in the Florida, United States. Proven experience drafting family trusts and handling transfers of business interests for a Florida C corp. . Strong knowledge of estate and gift tax rules, asset protection strategies, and corporate formalities. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex legal concepts in plain English. Ability to deliver high-quality, customized documents efficiently. Nice to Have:Experience with C-Corp stock transfers. Familiarity with family limited partnerships or other advanced estate planning tools. Previous work with small business owners or family-owned companies.
