Estate Planning Paralegal (Deeds & Recordings)

Location: Remote (Preferred U.S.-based) Amra Law is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal whose primary responsibility will be handling real estate deeds and deed recordings as part of our estate planning practice. Primary Responsibilities: Draft Trust Transfer Deeds, Grant Deeds, Quitclaim Deeds, Affidavits of Death, and other real property transfer documents. Prepare recording packages for county recorders throughout the United States. Electronically submit deeds for recording when available. Mail original recording packages when required. Follow up with county recorder's offices regarding the status of recordings. Resolve recording rejections and work directly with county personnel to obtain successful recordings. Maintain accurate tracking of all pending recordings and recorded documents. Coordinate with attorneys and clients regarding deed preparation and recording requirements. Qualifications: Prior estate planning paralegal experience required. Strong experience drafting and recording deeds. Familiarity with county recording procedures and recording requirements. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously. Experience with WealthCounsel is a plus.
