Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator. This role is responsible for reviewing project plans, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting project bidding efforts. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple estimates and deadlines. Responsibilities - Prepare accurate construction estimates and project bids - Review project plans, specifications, and scope of work - Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs - Generate estimates for roofing and siding projects - Communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams - Prepare proposals, quotations, and estimate reports - Maintain organized records and project documentation - Ensure estimates are completed accurately and on time Requirements - Previous experience as an Estimator or in a similar construction-related role - Experience with roofing and siding estimates (preferred) - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency with spreadsheets and estimating software - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment Pay: $5–$6/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST
