Estimators for Retail Refresh Programs

A Lasting Impression is seeking experienced commercial construction estimators for retail store refresh and remodeling programs. We have immediate estimating needs and are looking for professionals who can start today and return completed estimates within 24 hours. This is a part-time, short-term engagement with the potential to develop into a long-term or full-time role for the right candidate. **Requirements** * Available to begin today * Able to produce estimates with a 24-hour turnaround * Experience estimating commercial retail construction projects * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications * Experience with tenant improvements, retail refreshes, remodels, and rebranding programs * Strong communication and organizational skills * Detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines **Scope of Work** You will receive construction drawings and project information and be responsible for preparing: * Complete General Contractor bid packages * Detailed Excel-based cost estimates * Quantity takeoffs * Marked-up drawings identifying scope and assumptions * Clarifications, exclusions, RFIs, and notes as needed * Any supporting documentation used to develop your estimate Our projects commonly include: * Demolition * Framing and drywall * Painting * Flooring * Ceilings * Electrical coordination * Fixture installation * Store refresh and rebranding work The plan may speak to more and we need those details unless told otherwise. **Time Tracking Policy** All billable time must be tracked using the Upwork Time Tracker. Because all estimating work is completed on a computer, we do not approve manual time entries.
