Etsy Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Specialist for Wall Art Store

We are looking for an experienced Etsy customer service and order fulfillment specialist to help manage daily operations for our growing wall art store. This role is focused on customer communication, print-on-demand order fulfillment, supplier coordination, and resolving order issues such as damaged items, lost shipments, delays, replacements, refunds, and order adjustments. Experience with Etsy is required. Experience with print-on-demand, wall art, canvas prints, framed prints, posters, or home decor products is strongly preferred. Responsibilities - Respond to Etsy customer messages professionally and quickly - Help customers with sizing, shipping, delivery timelines, customizations, order status, and product questions - Process and fulfill orders through our POD supplier - Prepare artwork files when needed, including sizing, cropping, checking resolution, and upscaling - Communicate with suppliers about production, shipping, damaged orders, lost packages, and replacements - Handle refunds, cancellations, replacements, and order adjustments - Track open orders and customer issues - Help run sales, discounts, and basic Etsy admin tasks - Improve customer service templates and -fulfillment workflows over time Ideal Candidate - Experienced with Etsy customer service and order management - Experienced with POD fulfillment - Wall art, canvas, framed print, poster, or home decor experience preferred - Strong written English - Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable - Calm and professional with customer issues - Comfortable managing multiple orders and support conversations at once Basic image/file handling experience is a plus To Apply Please include: - ETSY WALL ART in the message - Your Etsy customer service experience - Your POD fulfillment experience - Any wall art, canvas, framed print, poster, or home decor experience - POD suppliers or tools you’ve worked with - A brief example of how you would respond to a customer who received a damaged canvas print - Your hourly rate and weekly availability We are looking for someone experienced, organized, and reliable who can help keep our Etsy customer service and order fulfillment running smoothly.
