We are looking for an experienced Etsy, Printify, and Canva specialist to help manage and scale our existing Christian Print-on-Demand store, Faith By Glendora. Our Etsy shop is already live, our branding is established, and our creative direction is in place. We are now looking for a reliable freelancer who can take approved artwork and content and turn it into professional, optimized Etsy listings. The business is being built to eventually provide retirement income for my mother, Glendora, while also creating products that encourage and uplift customers. Our goal is to build a highly organized, mostly automated Etsy business with hundreds of quality listings. What We Will Provide We will provide: AI-generated artwork Approved Bible verses and inspirational text Product ideas and creative direction Brand guidelines Logo and visual assets Pricing guidance SEO information when available Access to organized Google Drive folders You will not be responsible for selecting Scripture, developing the brand, or creating the original artwork. Responsibilities The selected freelancer will assist with the following: Canva Design Add Scripture and approved text to supplied artwork Apply proper typography and spacing Maintain consistent branding Resize designs for different products Export high-resolution production files Create reusable Canva templates Printify Product Setup Create products in Printify Select appropriate products and print providers Upload and position artwork correctly Confirm print quality and print-area placement Configure sizes, colors, and product variants Apply our pricing structure Create or select professional mockups Publish approved products to Etsy Products may include: T-shirts Sweatshirts Hoodies Mugs Tote bags Journals Notebooks Posters Framed prints Canvas prints Stickers Seasonal gifts Etsy Listing Creation Create complete Etsy listings Write or improve SEO-focused titles Add descriptions Use all relevant Etsy tags Select appropriate categories Complete product attributes Add pricing and variations Upload listing images and mockups Review shipping and production information Publish listings after approval Existing Listing Optimization Review selected existing listings and improve: Titles Tags Descriptions Categories Attributes Product images Mockup quality Pricing Overall presentation Store Support As the relationship develops, responsibilities may also include: Monitoring customer messages Checking Printify order status Identifying production or shipping issues Updating listings Maintaining organized Google Drive files Updating a product and listing tracker Providing a brief weekly progress report Initial Paid Trial The first assignment will be a limited paid trial. The trial may include: Creating 3 new Print-on-Demand listings Optimizing 1 existing Etsy listing Creating product mockups Organizing final files in Google Drive Documenting the work completed The purpose of the trial is to evaluate: Quality Accuracy Communication Speed Design judgment Attention to detail Ability to follow instructions The initial hourly contract will be capped at approximately 10 hours. Long-Term Opportunity If the trial is successful, this can become an ongoing position. Our long-term goals include: Publishing 20–30 new listings per week Building seasonal collections Growing to more than 100 active listings in the first 90 days Scaling toward 600 or more total listings Standardizing Canva and Printify templates Improving Etsy SEO Maintaining consistent product quality Creating a repeatable production workflow Required Experience Applicants must have demonstrated experience with: Etsy Printify Canva Print-on-Demand Etsy SEO Product listing creation Product mockups Google Drive Online store organization Experience with the following is helpful but not required: Placeit Adobe Photoshop Pinterest Etsy Ads Customer service Standard Operating Procedures AI-assisted design workflows Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Organized Reliable Detail-oriented Responsive Proactive Comfortable following instructions Able to meet deadlines Interested in long-term work Comfortable working with Christian and Scripture-based content You do not need to share our religious beliefs, but all Christian content must be treated respectfully and professionally.
