My 9-year Etsy shop (19,000+ sales) was suspended due to bad-faith IP reports filed by a competitor. Both parties are outside the US in Bulgaria— no DMCA counter-notice available. Competitor's own lawyer admitted no valid IP documents exist. I need someone who understands how Etsy Trust & Safety responds to legal signals (specifically: proof of filing court action against the claimant) and can guide my Bulgarian lawyer on exactly what to send to Etsy and how to frame it. This is NOT a general IP law job — I need someone with direct Etsy marketplace enforcement experience.
