I am seeking an experienced Etsy and Printify Virtual Assistant to help publish pre-created products to my Etsy store. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and be able to efficiently manage product listings. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely publication of products, maintaining store organization, and providing support with administrative tasks. Etsy Product Publishing Assistant (Freelance) Job Overview I am seeking an experienced Etsy Virtual Assistant to help publish approximately 4,000 pre-created products to my Etsy store. **Important:** The products, titles, descriptions, keywords, and tags have already been created and optimized. I am not looking for SEO services, product design, or copywriting. The primary responsibility is to carefully upload and publish products from Printify and digital product files into my Etsy store in a structured and organized manner. Responsibilities * Upload and publish digital and Print-on-Demand (POD) products to Etsy. * Transfer existing product titles, descriptions, tags, and pricing accurately. * Organize products into appropriate Etsy categories and sections. * Ensure all product images and mockups display correctly. * Verify product variations, sizing, colors, and shipping settings. * Schedule and publish products gradually to maintain a natural growth pattern. * Avoid mass uploading or any activity that could appear spammy to Etsy. * Maintain consistency and quality across all listings. * Keep detailed records of products uploaded and published. Requirements * Experience managing Etsy stores. * Experience with Printify integration and Etsy product publishing. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to follow instructions and established workflows. * Experience handling large product catalogs. * Reliable communication and regular progress updates. Project Details * Mix of Digital Downloads and Print-on-Demand products. * Titles, descriptions, tags, pricing, and images are already prepared. * The goal is to publish products gradually over time rather than all at once. * Quality and accuracy are more important than speed. Preferred Publishing Schedule The ideal candidate should be comfortable publishing listings in a controlled manner, for example: * 10–25 products per day initially. * Gradually increasing as appropriate. * Monitoring for any Etsy warnings or account issues. * Following Etsy best practices for healthy store growth.
