European Patent Attorney for EPO Filing

We are seeking an experienced, registered European Patent Attorney to handle the filing and prosecution of a European Patent (EPO) on our behalf. We have already completed the groundwork — a US patent has been granted and a PCT application was filed and accepted — so we are now ready to move into the European regional phase. **What We Need** Entry into the European regional phase via the EPO based on our accepted PCT application Full preparation and filing of all required EPO documentation Handling of all correspondence with the EPO through to grant **Requirements 1. Must be a registered European Patent Attorney (EPI membership or equivalent required) 2. Proven experience filing and prosecuting patents at the EPO 3.
