Requirements 1. Filing must be performed by an attorney/agent authorised to act before the relevant national office. Include your registration number and registered name in your proposal. 2. Translators: demonstrable patent translation experience (portfolio or samples). 3. Claim terminology must be precise and consistent; you accept responsibility for accuracy and provide a certificate. Proposals must state: country/countries covered, role (translation / filing / both), itemised prices, and delivery dates.
