European based Virtual Assistant for Social Media & Community Management

We are looking for a European based Virtual Assistant, preferably based in the Netherlands (Dutch speaking), to help us manage our social media channels and take care of daily community management. The role is fully focused on execution and interaction, not on strategy or creative direction. Responsibilities: - Replying to comments on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook - Responding to direct messages on Instagram and TikTok - Actively engaging with the community in a friendly and consistent tone - Posting pre made video content on TikTok and Instagram - Basic day to day management of social media accounts Requirements: - Fluent English, written and spoken - Experience with TikTok, Instagram and Facebook - Strong understanding of online community behaviour and social media etiquette - Reliable, consistent and communicative - Preferably based in the Netherlands Nice to Have: - Experience with community management for creators or brands - Affinity with music, entertainment or online creators - Able to work independently with clear instructions Practical Details: - Start as soon as possible - Flexible hours - Long term collaboration preferred How to Apply: Please send a short introduction about yourself, your experience with social media and examples of accounts or communities you have managed before.
