Event Manager – Ideally based in Madrid (Native Spanish | Fluent English) We are looking for a talented and highly organised Event Manager based in Spain ideally in Madrid to join our team. You will play a key role in planning and executing high-end B2B events —for a fast-growing international company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in flawless execution, and communicates with confidence in both Spanish and English. What you will be doing: Managing end-to-end event logistics for in-person and virtual events Coordinating venues, suppliers, catering, and AV requirements Managing guest lists, invitations, confirmations, and attendee communications Liaising with clients, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery Handling last-minute changes and problem-solving on the ground Tracking budgets, timelines, and deliverables with precision Providing post-event reporting and follow-up What we are looking for: Native Spanish speaker based in Spain ideally in Madrid Fluent in English — written and spoken to a professional level Additional languages (French, Italian, Portuguese) are a strong plus Proven experience in event management — B2B experience preferred Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail Strong project management skills — able to juggle multiple events simultaneously Excellent communication skills — confident dealing with senior executives and clients Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
