Event Manager

We are looking for a talented and highly organised Event Manager to join our growing international team. You will play a key role in planning and executing high-end B2B events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in flawless execution, and communicates with confidence across languages and cultures. What you will be doing: Managing end-to-end event logistics for in-person and virtual events across Europe Coordinating venues, suppliers, catering, and AV requirements Managing guest lists, invitations, confirmations, and attendee communications Liaising with clients, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery Handling last-minute changes and problem-solving on the ground Tracking budgets, timelines, and deliverables with precision Supporting business development through strong client relationships Providing post-event reporting and follow-up What we are looking for: Fluent in English and ideally French — written and spoken to a professional level — this is a must Additional European languages (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch) are a strong advantage Based anywhere in Europe — fully remote with travel to events required Proven experience in B2B event management — executive or corporate events preferred Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail Strong project management skills — able to juggle multiple events across different markets simultaneously Excellent communication skills — confident dealing with senior executives and clients Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused Comfortable working independently and as part of a small international team
