Event Moderator/ Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Event Moderator/ Coordinator to manage and coordinate our events. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, social media marketing, and customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth event execution, engaging with attendees, and providing administrative support. Strong communication skills are essential for this role. This event consists of a live stream on LinkedIn. The primary mission will be to coordinate the live stream with the videographer, have a normal conversation with the hosts throughout the event, and ask specific questions about the event and the rationale for holding it. The event begins at Trocadero Esplanade; the team will then be driven to several places in Paris to visit before boarding a TGV to Dijon for a photoshoot. Those interested in this mission must be proficient in English, as the conversation and questions will be conducted in English.
