Event Photographer Needed for Downtown Calgary Social Mixer - Sat Jun 27

I’m looking for a Calgary-based event photographer for a private social mixer for Saturday, June 27 at The Rooftop (414 3 St SW) in downtown Calgary, with arrival ideally around 8pm. The event starts at 7pm, but photography coverage would ideally be around 8–9:30pm, when more guests have arrived and the event energy is stronger. The event will be a casual social mixer with guests in the age range of mid-20s to early 40s mingling, meeting and enjoying a Saturday night. I’m looking for someone who can capture polished, candid, social-event photos that are usable for Instagram and future event promotion. Requirements: - Event photography coverage for 1-2 hours - Candid photos of people mingling, chatting, laughing and enjoying the event - Maybe a few wider atmosphere shots of the venue/crowd - Basic editing/colour correction (as needed) Deliverables: - Basic editing if needed (say to brighten up pictures) - Delivery of photos within a few days after the event, if possible Please include: - Your availability for Saturday, June 27 - Your estimated rate for 1-2 hours of event coverage + editing - Estimated number of photos you think you'd provide - Your expected turnaround time
