Event Photographer/Videographer Needed – HFTCON Q3’26

HFTC is seeking a talented Photographer/Videographer (one person) to capture our event HFTCON Q3’26 in New York City. This is a full-day conference with engagement opportunities for both candid and staged shots, as well as video coverage of key moments, speakers, and networking sessions. Event Details: - Date: Thursday, September 24, 2026 - Time: 9:30 AM – 9:00 PM - Location: New York, NY What We’re Looking For: - A single professional who can handle both photography and videography throughout the day. - Ability to capture a mix of candid interactions, posed shots, speaker presentations, sponsor tables, and overall event atmosphere. - Deliver ALL raw photos and videos to us after the event (non-watermarked, high resolution). - Ability to edit a small selection (approx. 10–15 photos and 2–3 short video clips) for immediate use on social media and post-event promotion. - You will not be shooting 100% of the time. We will provide a clear, structured shot list of must-have moments. In between those times, we will want you to capture candid interactions and also enjoy the event! - Professional, discreet, and comfortable in a corporate networking environment. Deliverables: - All raw image files in original resolution. - All raw video footage in original resolution. - Edited selection of highlight photos and short clips for promotional purposes. Requirements: - Proven experience shooting corporate events, conferences, or similar gatherings. - Own professional-grade photography and videography equipment. - Ability to work independently and move seamlessly between photo and video tasks. - Able to share a selection of the photos/videos with us the next day. (Enough for a social media recap) - Able to share the entirety of the photos/videos within 3-5 days after the event.
