Event Photographer and Videographer (One-Time Contract) — Miami, Florida

We are hosting a small-scale event, 50 attendees, and we are looking for a talented photographer and videographer, ideally 1 person who can handle both, to cover the event from start to finish. This is a one-time contract with potential for future engagements if the output meets our expectations. Event Details: - Date: June 26, 2026 - Location: Miami, Florida - Duration: Approximately 3 hours Scope of Work: Photography coverage includes pre-event venue and setup shots, branding and detail shots, guest arrivals and networking moments, full program coverage of speakers and audience, and group photos at the end of the event. Both landscape and portrait formats are required. Deliverables include enhanced edited photos and all raw files. Videography coverage includes b-roll footage and candid moments throughout the entire event, one 45 to 58 second highlight video in landscape format for YouTube, and one 45 to 58 second highlight video in portrait format for TikTok and Instagram Reels. Qualifications - Must be based in or able to work in Miami, Florida, on June 26, 2026. - Proven experience in event photography and videography. - Strong portfolio showcasing both photo and video work from similar events. - Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality content under a tight turnaround.
