Event Photographer with Same Day Printing Experience for Corporate Golf Invitational

About the Event We are seeking an experienced event photographer to capture our annual Golf Invitational on October 2, 2026, at the prestigious Seaview Golf Club Pine Course in Galloway, New Jersey. This premier corporate golf event brings together executives, clients, sponsors, and community leaders for a day of networking, golf, and philanthropy. Proceeds support STEM education initiatives that help create opportunities for future generations. We are looking for a photographer who can not only capture the event but also help create a memorable experience for attendees through same day photo printing and framed keepsakes. Scope of Work The photographer will be responsible for comprehensive event coverage throughout the day, including: - Registration and check in - Sponsor activations and branded experiences - Team and foursome photographs - Candid networking moments - Golf action shots throughout the course - Contest holes and special activities - Lunch, cocktail reception, and awards ceremony - Sponsor recognition and presentations - Event signage, branding, and sponsor placements - Charitable and STEM impact storytelling moments Same Day Printing Requirement This is a key component of the engagement. Throughout the event, the photographer will take foursome and attendee photos that will be printed and placed into branded photo frames provided by our team. The selected photographer must be able to: - Capture high quality foursome and attendee photos during the event - Select and prepare images for printing - Coordinate printing during the event - Leave the venue if necessary to complete printing / Return with printed photos before the conclusion of the event - Insert photos into branded frames - Have framed photos ready for distribution during the awards reception or event close We are open to photographers who provide: - On site printing capabilities - Portable printing equipment - A reliable same day printing process through a local print partner Please describe your process for handling same day printing when applying.
