Event Videographer — Private VIP Founder Dinner & Talk (Atherton, CA) — July 22, evening Description: We're hosting an invite-only evening for defense tech founders and VCs at a private residence in Atherton, CA (SF Peninsula) and need an experienced videographer to capture it end-to-end. The event: ~50 guests. Arrival 6:30pm, one-hour keynote talk at 7:00pm sharp by our speaker (a West Point graduate and defense industry expert), short Q&A, then dinner. Wrap by ~10pm. You'd need to arrive by 6:00pm for setup. What we need captured: The full talk — 2-camera setup (wide + tight on speaker), clean audio from a lavalier on the speaker plus a backup recorder. Audio quality is non-negotiable. Q&A — including audience questions (a boom or a second wireless mic for the room is a plus). B-roll — arrivals, networking, dinner atmosphere, venue details, candid conversations. Documentary style, unobtrusive. Deliverables: Raw footage and sound.
