Everyday Assistant - High experience with AI image and video generations, ecommerce, ads

Job Title: AI Creative Operations Assistant Role Type: Part-time / Freelance Location: Remote Hours: Flexible, with consistent daily availability preferred About the Role: We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented AI Creative Operations Assistant to help with day-to-day creative production and operational tasks for an ecommerce brand. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable using AI image and video tools, enjoys experimenting with prompts, and can help turn ideas into realistic creative assets quickly. You will be helping create AI-generated images, AI b-roll, lifestyle scenes, ad creative variations, and other visual assets used for ecommerce, advertising, and social content. The goal of this role is to take lower-ROI but necessary creative and operational tasks off the founder’s plate, while helping produce more consistent, realistic, and usable creative assets. Responsibilities: * Generate realistic AI images using tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, Seedance, Kling, or similar tools * Create AI b-roll clips and short visual assets for ads and social media * Help create realistic lifestyle product images and videos, mockups, and UGC-style scenes * Follow detailed prompts and improve outputs through multiple iterations * Organize generated assets into folders and label files clearly * Help prepare creative variations for Meta ads * Assist with basic editing tasks in Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools * Research competitor ads, creative angles, and visual references * Help build and maintain a library of winning prompts, references, and creative templates * Complete daily operational tasks that support creative testing and ecommerce growth * Communicate clearly about what is working, what looks off, and what needs improvement Ideal Candidate: * Has experience using AI image or video tools * Has a good eye for realistic visuals and ecommerce creative * Understands the difference between a polished ad creative and an obviously AI-looking image * Is detail-oriented and willing to iterate until the output looks right * Can follow instructions closely without needing constant hand-holding * Is organized with file naming, folders, and task tracking * Is comfortable working quickly and testing multiple variations * Has basic design/editing skills in Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools * Understands social media and direct-response ad creative * Is reliable, responsive, and able to complete tasks consistently Bonus Skills: * Experience creating UGC-style ad creatives * Experience with Meta ads or TikTok ads * Experience with ecommerce brands * Experience editing short-form videos * Experience creating product mockups * Experience writing or improving AI prompts * Basic copywriting skills * Familiarity with Notion, Google Drive, Slack, or task management tools Example Tasks: * Generate 10 realistic lifestyle images based on a provided product/reference image * Create 5 AI b-roll clips for a video ad * Research competitor ads and summarize the best hooks/visual patterns, and incorporate them into your work * Organize all generated images into proper folders * Create simple Canva layouts for static ads * Test different prompts until the output looks realistic and usable What We’re Looking For: We are not looking for someone who only knows how to type basic prompts. We need someone with taste, patience, and execution ability. The right person should be able to look at an AI output and understand why it feels fake, then keep improving it until it looks believable and usable. This role is best for someone who enjoys the creative process, likes experimenting with AI tools, and wants to be involved in the day-to-day creative production of a growing ecommerce business.
