We are specifically seeking genuine emails originating from business domains, organizations, platforms, and service providers that meet the required quality, formatting, and anonymization standards. The project involves collecting and submitting genuine .eml email files that meet specific quality, formatting, and anonymization requirements. Contributors who consistently provide high-quality submissions may receive long-term and recurring work opportunities. 🌍 Language Requirement (Important) We are specifically looking for: Native Hebrew-language emails only Please Note: * Emails must be originally written in hebrew. * English emails are not accepted. * Translated content is not accepted. * AI-generated or artificially created emails are strictly prohibited. * The email body, subject line, and content should naturally appear in Hebrew as used in real business communication. 📌 Task Overview Contributors will be required to: * Submit authentic business-related emails in .eml format. * Ensure emails are complete, meaningful, and naturally occurring. * Follow all formatting and anonymization guidelines before submission. * Properly redact all sensitive information prior to upload. * Submit only high-quality and non-duplicate files. 📂 Accepted Email Categories We are collecting emails from categories such as: * Calendar Invites / Changes to Invites * Digital Signatures * Email Verification * Financial Alerts * Hiring * Lease Renewal * Login and Account Credentials * One-Time Password (OTP) * Reminders * Travel Updates * Utility Notices 📧 Email Classification Categories We Are Seeking We are also looking for emails that fall under the following business communication categories: High Impact Important business communications requiring immediate attention, including critical account updates, security alerts, policy changes, service interruptions, or urgent notifications. News Company announcements, newsletters, industry updates, product releases, service updates, and informational communications. Promotional Marketing campaigns, discount offers, sales announcements, loyalty rewards, promotional events, and product advertisements. Social Welcome emails, event invitations, customer engagement emails, feedback requests, surveys, community updates, and relationship-building communications. Transactional Order confirmations, payment receipts, invoice notifications, shipping updates, account activity alerts, password resets, verification emails, and service-related notifications. ⚠️ Submission Guidelines Content Requirements * Only genuine and naturally occurring emails should be submitted. * Emails must be in hebrew and should appear naturally written by businesses, organizations, or platforms. * Emails should preferably originate from legitimate business, corporate, organizational, or service-provider domains. * No forwarded or replied emails (Re: / Fwd:). * No duplicate, repetitive, empty, or low-quality submissions. * Subject lines must be complete and meaningful. * Emails should contain sufficient readable content and proper formatting. Privacy & Redaction Requirements To ensure compliance with privacy and data-sharing standards: * Contributors must fully redact/anonymize all sensitive information before submission. * Remove all personally identifiable information (PII). * Remove authentication details, account numbers, headers, routing information, tracking data, addresses, phone numbers, and any other confidential information. * Detailed redaction guidelines will be shared before submission. * Only fully redacted and compliant files should be uploaded or shared.
