Excel / Power BI Reporting Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Excel / Power BI Reporting Specialist to help automate and improve our internal dashboard reporting. This is an execution-focused role. We're looking for someone who can take existing data, organize it effectively, and create clear, visually compelling dashboards and reports that help our team make better decisions. You'll work closely with our CEO to improve and automate reporting workflows as we continue expanding our internal data infrastructure. This is a freelance role starting at 8–10 hours per week. Responsibilities -Help automate internal reporting workflows. -Create clear and visually effective reports using Excel and Power BI. -Transform existing data into dashboards and meaningful visualizations. -Collaborate with the CEO to understand reporting needs and improve dashboard workflows. -Communicate progress and recommendations throughout the project. Requirements -2+ years of experience using Excel and Power BI. -Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations. -Ability to present data in a clear and easy-to-understand format. -Native or fluent English. -Integrity and honesty. -Self-starter mentality. -Ability to work independently. -Strong attention to detail and communication skills. -Organized and deadline-driven. Bonus Points -Experience automating reports or dashboards. -Experience creating dashboards for business reporting. -Experience working with operational or business data. Hours: 8-10 hours per week.
