Excel VBA & SQL Server Automation Specialist (Server-Client Accounting System Setup)

Project Overview We have an existing Excel-based Accounting System that uses: - Microsoft Excel - VBA Macros - SQL Server Express - SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) - Power Query - Data Scripts - ODBC Driver - Multi-user Client-Server Architecture The system is already developed and documented. We need an experienced specialist to configure, troubleshoot, and document the setup on the Server PC and Other PCs. The goal is to have: - One Server Computer hosting the SQL database - Multiple Client Computers connected to the database and all the Excel Form per Department - All Excel forms and workflows functioning properly and syncing with each computer, given that the transactions made are posted into the Ledger The system uses a dedicated SQL database and custom login permissions. The freelancer should be comfortable working with SQL Server security and network settings.
